Move to any implementation tier — Signal or Atlas — within 14 days of receiving your Audit and the full $2,500 is credited toward that engagement. That makes the Audit cost-neutral when you move forward. If you don't, the plan is still yours to act on internally.
Signal typically deploys in 3–4 weeks: data connectors, embedding pipeline, and your AI query interface. Atlas adds another 2–3 weeks on top for write-access API integrations and agent workflow testing. Your Audit locks the exact timeline before we start — no open-ended projects.
Yes — and this is the most common path. Atlas builds directly on top of Signal. When you're ready to move from answers to automation, the data connections, knowledge graph, and query interface you already have carry forward. You're adding the agentic layer on top of a foundation that's already live and tested in your operation.
We offer two tiers of data isolation. For cloud deployments (Signal and Atlas), Anthropic and OpenAI do not train on data submitted via their API tier — this is contractually guaranteed. Your business data is never used to improve their models. If you need complete physical isolation — no external API calls whatsoever — we offer a full On-Premise deployment where the entire Atlas stack runs on your hardware, with no external network connections, fully air-gap capable. Hardware is purchased by your business and quoted separately before any commitment.
The Audit requires 3–5 hours of access from your ops lead over 1–2 weeks. Implementation needs a single point of contact for decisions and API access setup. We're embedded — we do the build and minimize disruption. Your team uses the finished system; they don't manage the implementation.
We only scope engagements where the ROI is identifiable before the build starts. For a typical client, a single recovered workflow — answers automated, a revenue leak plugged, one key process streamlined — typically covers the implementation cost in the first 60 days. If we can't find three concrete opportunities during your scan, we refund it in full.
